Some people who have come to the Inn Between with a "terminal" diagnosis have actually recovered due to having a place to live off the streets that provides rest and facilitates treatment. Some collect veteran's benefits or pensions that they couldn't get before because they didn't have a home address. Some reconnect with families at the end of their lives. The Inn Between serves as a hospice home for terminally ill people who would otherwise be homeless and dying on the street.
